Displaying booking details in a browser creates security risks — anyone who gains access to your device, browser history, or session could view your travel documents, personal information, and ticket numbers. By sending your itinerary only to the email on your account, we ensure that only you can access it, regardless of who uses the device after you.

First, check your spam or junk folder — automated emails sometimes land there. If it's not there after a couple of minutes, click "Resend code." If you still don't receive it, the email on your account may be incorrect or inaccessible — in that case, call us at +1-800-439-4124 and we'll verify your identity by phone and re-send to an updated address.

Call us at +1-800-439-4124 or submit a contact request. After verifying your identity using your booking reference, last name, and the last 4 digits of the payment card used, we can update the email on file and re-send your itinerary to the new address.

Your booking reference (also called a PNR — Passenger Name Record) is a 6-character alphanumeric code (e.g. ABC123) found in the subject line and body of your Absolute Holidays confirmation email. It's also printed on your e-ticket. If you can't locate it, call us with your name and travel date and we'll retrieve it for you.

Your itinerary email includes: full flight details (airline, flight number, departure/arrival times and terminals), e-ticket numbers for each passenger, seat assignments, baggage allowance, a complete fare breakdown, your booking reference, and important reminders about check-in times, passport requirements, and how to request changes.
